Special Orders

Orders are subject to a 50% advance payment of the quoted price before we begin production of the item.
Prices quoted on special, custom made items are effective for a 90 day period only.
We are sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations or returns of any special order.

Transportation
FOB, Stow, Ohio
Most orders are shipped via UPS - All other orders will be sent via fastest and most economical carrier unless specific routing instructions are given.
We will be glad to drop-ship to your customers for you at no additional charge.
Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior approval and return authorization number.
Limited Warranty
We warrant each new Tuffy Pad product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one full year under normal use. This warranty shall not apply to any Tuffy Pad product which has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident, or operated in any way other than its intended use.
